We don't make or sell any kind of fake merchandise. We only serve our customers with 100% Official Products. We always get new shipments from Korea twice a week. Feel free to buy your favorite KPOP albums and merchandise from us!

Yes! Our sales go to the Hanteo and Gaon Music Chart!

We accept all major debit/credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express etc.) and PayPal.

You may return items or package with its original packaging within 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund. This includes pre-ordered items. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. Other than that, you have to pay for the return shipping cost.

It is rare but unfortunately some albums are made and are missing cards or inclusions due to errors in production. Unfortunately, we are not able to compensate or issue replacement for albums missing inclusions.

Yes! You can buy posters separately or with an album! While not all posters are available separately, be sure to double check which option you are choosing to buy! We also have mystery packs!

Yes! We have a comment section so you can request certain members if a group is doing individual pre-order benefits or posters!

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Pre-ordered items will take about 1-2 business days to arrive to our store after being released in Korea. Then, your order takes another 1-2 business days to process once the item has arrived. Once everything is packed, we use the US Postal Service to ship out US orders.

No, all items must be shipped together. If you’d like, you can create two orders so you don’t have to wait on the pre-ordered album.

It depends on the items. It usually takes 2 to 8 business days for US orders.

Your product on their way to you! We always ship albums and posters separately so it might not arrive at the same time. 

Unfortunately, we are NOT liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit. If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after we receive returned the damaged or defective product (No additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments).

Since we do use the various Shipping Service, all packages that leave our store are under their care while the package begins transit. Any issues involving the tracking number not being updated or still saying in transit requires contact with USPS. Sorry to inform you that we are NOT liable for any missing package incurred during transit.
