REFUND / EXCHANGE

When you return an item you purchased through our online website, All of our products MUST be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition they were sent (unopened and sealed in original packaging).Once the item(s) have been received and inspected for damages, refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping costs. Items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. You may return items or packages with its original packaging within 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. Other than that you have to pay for the return shipping cost.

We are not responsible for any returned packages due to incorrect address or absence at the time of the delivery or any wrong information or other reasons that are caused by customers.

Prior to sending out each item, we always check each item and package to make sure there are no external damages. Furthermore, we go through several different protective measures (such as bubble wrap, cardboard box, secured taping, etc ) to ensure that orders arrive without damages. Unfortunately, damages during delivery are unforeseeable.

We are not liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit, and we are not liable for order packages once they have been delivered and scanned as such. For any package with external damage that incurred during transit, all items received must remain unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to file a claim. If the purchased item(s) have been open, we will not be able to proceed with your case.
